Maintenance Program

Malek Heating & Cooling - Maintenance Program

Residential Maintenance Agreements

Your home is your largest investment.  It’s your place of comfort, security, memories, giving and sharing.

Your home is a place that’s supposed to function while providing all this.

Our Maintenance Plans give you piece of mind in knowing your equipment is running at peak performance and ready for the season. Here’s some of the many benefits you’ll receive;

Discounts: 15% off parts and labor for repairs. You save each time.

2yr Guarantee: We provide a 2yr guarantee on all parts and labor we provide.

Seasonal Maintenance: 2 visits per year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. Tune–ups save you money by allowing equipment to run at peak efficiency.

Free Reminders: Take this one off your "to do" list. We enter your information in our database and auto–generate work orders as they become due. We’ll contact you once we’re within the window of maintenance and schedule a time that’s most convenient to you. Nights and weekends are also an option at no additional cost.

Increased Equipment Life: The #1 reason for system failure is dirt. Properly maintained equipment lasts longer and defers replacement.

Lower Utilities: Properly maintained heating and cooling equipment runs more efficiently thus saving you big dollars.

Priority Service: If you’re equipment should require service, we’ll put you on the top of the list. We’ll be there day or night even on holidays with no additional overtime fees.

Peace of Mind: Your system is safety–checked, it’s saving you money and it’s working correctly. If it’s not, we’re a call away.

Satisfaction Guarantee: This agreement can be cancelled at any time for any reason, or for no reason.
